Everyone needs to negotiate but few are formally trained in it.

Negotiation is a strategic discussion that involves two or more parties to resolve an issue in a way that each party finds acceptable.

By taking this masterclass, you will:

  • Be introduced to fundamental principles in negotiation
  • Participate in a negotiation role play
  • Analyse the results of the role play using a repeatable framework that you can use for your business

The negotiation theory taught in this session is based on research and application from the Harvard Programme of Negotiation.

An ex-capital markets investment banker turned entrepreneur, Neil Orvay is one of the region’s leading business psychologists and a certified trainer of Neuro Linguistic Programming.
