Recent changes in the UK buy-to-let market have raised questions over what type of property is best to invest in to achieve the highest possible returns.

The past 12 months have seen numerous changes in the UK buy-to-let market. These include changes to tax relief on buy-to-let mortgage interest payments (phased in from April 2017) and extra 3 per cent stamp duty (from April 2016).

This seminar will offer insights into the UK’s buy to let market, where the key ‘hotspots’ are and the how to enter into an ever changing and increasing competitive marketplace.

About the Speaker:

Michelle has been with Grant Property Investment for over 14 years. Starting in the investment side of the business Michelle has been responsible for both the Private Client Team and Buying divisions. 
 
In 2012 Michelle took over responsibility for managing the company’s intermediary partners both in the U.K and internationally. Prior to joining Grant Property Investment Michelle worked for Safe Hands Property Management in Edinburgh. 
 
Michelle holds an honours degree in Business Studies from Napier University and is a qualified NLP practitioner.
