Join us for a leadership masterclass by David Singleton, human and organisational growth coach and strategic advisor to entrepreneurs and global brands in growth mode.

Drawing on his recent TEDx talk, David will introduce his Essence Framework developed from working with clients experiencing burnout, struggling to master balance and hitting invisible ceilings that prevent growth.

This interactive masterclass will explore and challenge the belief that leaders must choose between success and balance. He will share how four fundamental life domains Work, Home, Community, Self and their overlays inspire deep thought to discover purpose. When we find our purpose, we have clarity, with clarity we have strength, and with strength we have the courage to do anything.

He has led and developed organisations around the world working with some of the world's best known and loved brands in 40 countries. He now works as a strategic advisor to brands, organisations, teams and ambitious senior executives in growth mode. He works as a transformational growth coach and strategic advisor with c-suite leaders, ambitious senior leaders and teams, globally from Dubai.
