Join us for an insightful masterclass presented by our Annual Strategic Partner, The University of Manchester - Dubai, exploring the critical leadership shifts required to thrive in the new world of work.

Artificial intelligence, a generational shift in expectations, and a relentless skills race are challenging traditional leadership models. This masterclass moves beyond theory to deliver a strategic briefing on the most critical trends shaping the future of leadership. We will explore what these forces mean for leaders, how they drive performance, innovation, and retention, and how some organisations are successfully adapting their strategies for talent and technology.

This session is for leaders across functions and company sizes - from unit leads to the C-suite - because these shifts affect every team in the building.

This Masterclass will be led by Dr. Nada Jammoul Messaikeh, Associate Director of Research and Senior Lecturer at The University of Manchester. Dr. Nada brings a unique perspective, with a background spanning financial audit at Ernst & Young, senior leadership at NYU Abu Dhabi, Sorbonne University, and ADEK, and now academia, where she teaches leadership in the Global MBA program and advises on leadership and human capital.

What you will explore:

  • The AI Reality Check: The data on adoption and impact. How leaders are moving from chaos to integrating AI as a collaborative force.
  • The Skills Gap Challenge: The latest trends in reskilling. How successful organisations are building critical capabilities like data literacy directly into workflow.
  • The New Loyalty Dynamic: Understanding the data on Gen Z and purpose. What it takes to attract and retain the talent that will drive future growth.
  • The Well-being Imperative: The hard data linking psychological safety and morale to performance. Strategies to build a more resilient and innovative team culture.

Whether you are leading a business unit or shaping company strategy, this masterclass will provide you with evidence-based insights and a clearer perspective to lead effectively through the collision of AI, talent, and well-being challenges.
