In the run up to International Women’s Day, join us for a this forward-looking Masterclass on Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (D,E&I) in the workplace.

Inspired by this year's IWD theme #AccelerateAction, this session is designed to help participants gain insights into a series of impactful initiatives and campaigns that can advance gender equity in their organisation while embracing broader inclusion strategies that benefit everyone. 

Sarah Christensen, CEO of Christensen Consultancy, will unpack practical ways and examples to:

Sarah is a Chartered Psychologist with over 20 year experience delivering inclusive strategies and solutions, tailored to the unique cultural contexts of the Middle East. As a thought-leader in the field, she has collaborated with global organisations such as Deloitte, Amazon, Emirates Global Aluminium, Cartier and Cigna to build inclusive cultures, enabling them to align DEI with their business strategies effectively. She also developed innovative tools and frameworks that make DEI accessible and actionable for businesses of all sizes.
